Urban Restora Foundation does not currently hold a registration or prior permission under India's Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act framework for Know2SayNo donations. We therefore accept donations only from domestic Indian sources through Indian bank accounts and only in Indian Rupees (INR).
Do not make a contribution from a foreign source, foreign bank account, overseas card, or other payment method that would cause the contribution to be treated as foreign contribution under applicable law. If you are unsure whether a contribution is eligible, contact us before paying.
Any payment provider used on the website operates under its own terms and privacy notice. The provider may collect payment credentials, transaction identifiers, billing information, device or network information, and information required for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance. Know2SayNo should not receive or retain a complete card number or online-banking credential.
Availability of a payment option does not override the domestic-source restriction above. We may reject, reverse, or request additional information about a payment where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or banking compliance.
Unless a specific lawful appeal states otherwise, donations support Urban Restora Foundation's charitable and operational work, including the development, hosting, safeguarding, content, resource-directory, and outreach costs associated with Know2SayNo. A donation does not purchase counselling, emergency monitoring, preferential access, or a guaranteed outcome.
We maintain donation and accounting records for the periods required by applicable law and legitimate audit needs. Any receipt or tax benefit is subject to the Foundation's current registrations, the donor's eligibility, and applicable Indian law. Do not assume that a contribution qualifies for a deduction unless the issued receipt and current law support that treatment.
If a payment was made in error, appears unauthorised, or may breach the restrictions on foreign contribution, contact webmaster@urbanrestora.com promptly with the transaction reference and the minimum information needed to investigate. Refunds, reversals, and corrections are handled subject to applicable law, payment-provider rules, banking constraints, and verification of the request.
Donation-related personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and any notice shown by the payment provider. Do not send payment credentials by email.
We may update this page when our registrations, payment arrangements, or legal obligations change. The published page shows its version, effective date, last-updated date, and approval status.
